You sign up with an email and a password. That is it — no phone number, no social login.
Three ways in
- Join with a club code — your Prez gives you a code that looks like
PACK-2026: four letters, a dash, four numbers. - Start a club — you become the President and you get the code to hand out.
- Ride solo — one tap, no forms. You get a personal pack of one. You can open it up to a crew later and it hands you a club code.
Waiting to be let in
When you join with a code you are knocking until an officer approves you. Until then you cannot see the club's rides, chat, roster or anything else — that is not a loading bug, it is the door being closed. Chase your Prez.
Who can approve
The President and the VP. They see the knock in the club tab and approve from there.
⚠ A FREE CLUB HOLDS 8 RIDERS
On the free plan a club tops out at 8 approved members. The 9th rider gets turned away with a “club is full” message — either when they try the code, or when the Prez tries to approve them. Nobody already in gets kicked out; the cap only blocks new arrivals. Bigger clubs need a club plan. If the message you see quotes a different number, trust the 8 — that text inside the app is out of date and the server is what actually decides.
