DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT

Pack (motopack.app)

From the app (instant)

Open Pack and go to Settings → Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: it removes your profile, club memberships, messages, photos, bikes, ride history and GPS tracks. Content you posted into shared club spaces (e.g. chat messages) is deleted along with your account.

Without the app

If you no longer have Pack installed, email support@motopack.app from the email address of your Pack account with the subject “Delete my Pack account”. We verify the request against your account email and complete the deletion within 30 days (usually much sooner), with a confirmation reply when done.

What is deleted

• Account and login credentials (Supabase Auth)
• Profile, display name, photo, phone and emergency info
• Club memberships, ranks, badges and culture activity
• Messages, photos, posts and polls you created
• Bikes, maintenance logs, ride history and GPS tracks
• Push notification tokens

Aggregate, non-identifying club statistics (e.g. a past ride's total distance) may survive without any link to you. See the Privacy Policy for details.

ELIMINAR TU CUENTA

Desde la app (instantáneo)

Abre Pack y ve a Ajustes → Eliminar mi cuenta. Es inmediato y permanente: borra tu perfil, membresías, mensajes, fotos, motos, historial de rodadas y tracks de GPS.

Sin la app

Si ya no tienes Pack instalado, escribe a support@motopack.app desde el email de tu cuenta con el asunto “Eliminar mi cuenta Pack”. Verificamos que el pedido venga del email de la cuenta y completamos el borrado en un máximo de 30 días (normalmente mucho antes), con confirmación por email.
