TERMS OF SERVICE

Effective: July 12, 2026 · Pack (motopack.app)

By using Pack (the app and motopack.app) you agree to these terms. Pack is a private clubhouse for motorcycle riding groups: ride planning, live group tracking, club chat and culture tools.

1. Ride at your own risk

Motorcycling is dangerous. Pack is an organizational and situational-awareness aid — it is not a safety device and does not prevent accidents. GPS, maps, navigation, tail-gunner alerts and SOS depend on device, network and satellite conditions and can be delayed, inaccurate or unavailable. Always ride within your limits, obey traffic laws, and never operate the app while riding. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pack and its creators are not liable for accidents, injuries, deaths, damages, citations or losses arising from your riding or your reliance on the app, including routing suggestions and safety alerts.

2. Accounts & conduct

You need an account and a club (join with an invite code or start your own). You are responsible for your account and for what you post. No illegal content, harassment, impersonation, or using Pack to organize illegal activity. Club officers moderate their club; we may suspend accounts or clubs that break these rules.

3. Community standards — zero tolerance

Pack has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Objectionable content includes harassment and bullying, hate speech and slurs, sexual content, threats or incitement to violence, spam, and impersonation of another person. Posting it is a breach of these terms.

Every member can report content from inside the app: tap the ···button on a chat message or a wall post, or tap a rider's name in the club roster, and choose Report. From that same roster row you can Block rider, so their messages, posts and photos are hidden. Blocking never hides safety information:a blocked rider's live position, SOS alerts and tail-gunner warnings stay visible, because on a motorcycle that information can save someone's life. If you don't want to ride with someone at all, report them to your club officers or leave the club.

We act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours: the content is removed and the rider who posted it is ejected from their club or from the service. Reports go to your club's officers and to Pack's own moderation queue, so a report is acted on even when the officer being reported is the one in charge. Repeat or severe offenders lose their account. Write to support@motopack.appif a report isn't handled.

4. Subscriptions & billing

The core clubhouse is free. Optional paid plans (club plans and Rider Premium) unlock extra features and are billed through Stripe on motopack.app — monthly or yearly, auto-renewing until cancelled. You can cancel any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices may change with notice. Taxes may apply. Refunds are handled case by case — write to support@motopack.app.

5. Your content

You own what you post. You grant Pack the license needed to store, sync and display your content to your club (that's how the product works). Deleting your account removes your content as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Service

Pack is provided "as is", without warranties. We may change, suspend or discontinue features. We may terminate accounts that violate these terms.

7. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Contact: support@motopack.app.
