PA-666 is 33.6 miles long, from US-62 in East Hickory to US-6 in Sheffield, and most of it runs through the Allegheny National Forest along the banks of Tionesta Creek, through Kellettville, Porkey and Barnes. Its official name is the David Zeisberger Memorial Highway, and it has carried the number 666 since the 1928 numbering. This loop reaches it from Warren on US-62, which follows the Allegheny River down through Tidioute.
Kellettville, on the creek, has a Corps of Engineers recreation area that opens from May to September. The 666 is sparsely populated and heavily wooded, so there are few services: fuel in Warren before you start, because there's no gas between Warren and Sheffield. The pavement on the 666 changes from year to year, so expect patches. The return from Sheffield on US-6 through Clarendon is an easy ride back into Warren.
